We were thrilled to be featured on KATV’s “What’s for Dinner?” segment on April 16, 2018 where Chef Margie prepared Roasted Eggplant and Pepper Sauce.
When two devotees of fine food, fine wine and fine art join forces to open a restaurant, good things can happen. In the case of Southern Table, Margie Raimondo and Al Hodge are good examples of that.
“Southern Table customers will be able to share cheese and meat boards and drink beer and wine at the new restaurant. There will be more to the business than just “wining and dining” though. Customers will also be able to take tours of the manufacturing areas, participate in cheese-making classes and purchase Southern Table products in the retail section of the store. Items available for purchase are the following: Southern Table cheeses, preserves, spreads, wines, soups, spices and salts, soaps and scrubs.”
“Southern Table will have both a retail and nosh side; on the retail side will be Raimondo’s own gourmet jams, jellies and spreads along with her Italian wines. On the restaurant side she’ll offer antipasti of cheese, smoked meats, bread, nuts, olives and other nibbles, along with hers and others’ wines and local beers.”
We are so happy to be featured in Arkansas Living Magazine’s “Best of 2017” edition.
Thank you for the incredible
support from the Little Rock
community, and for welcoming us into this space that you have loved so much and we hope you’ll
continue to love.
Incredible cheeses are on their way – with yummy food and wine of course.
“you can still get your fromage fix at the newly re-opened cheeserie – now called Southern Table – and (bonus!) sip one of Margie’s vinos while you’re at it.”
